I wanted to go for a dark, gothic aesthetic with the black and white skulls, cityscape, cross etc.

The Index wheels utilize North's brand-new urethane formula from the Signal V3 wheel, but feature a tri-spoke core design to reduce weight. Index wheels come in two different sizes; this size is 110mm in diameter, and 24mm in width. The industry standard will fit almost every fork/deck out there. North supports all their wheels with a lifetime warranty that covers chunks, and de-hubs.
