Brakeless4life. The Tilt Stubby Fender is a cut-down flex fender that doesn't serve as a brake, but simply blocks your foot from being wedged into the wheel. When used with compatible Tilt decks, the bolts sit flush to the top of the deck making sure you don't feel the bolts when riding, and the fender is adjustable to fit 110-120mm wheels.
