The UrbanArtt Civic T-bars are some of the strongest bars they have made. They have produced the Civic bars by butting the tubing and heat treating the finest chromoly (4130). They have an oversized outer and inner diameter with no stock slit so they're compatible with SCS straight out of the box. They're 28" tall, and 24" wide which is ideal for riders who are 5'6 - 6'2 depending on bar height preference.
